Shipping and Returns

RETURNS

Our refund policy is 14 days. No questions asked. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A full refund of the purchase price of the product will be refunded. Shipping charges on the original shipment cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

SHIPPING

We ship Monday-Saturday Only. We try to ship products on the same day but do not guarantee it. Friday orders are not guaranteed to go out before weekend depending on order volumes and time received. The arrival of your package depends on your destination country. Orders within the US usually take 7-10 business days, the international order may take up to 2-5 weeks. We do not guarantee any shipping time, once the package leaves our possession we have no control. We will fix issues but we cannot control late packages from the shipping services.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
